P.S. – I reached out the the author of the website and wanted to know some tips from him (Hey, why not pick his brain while I can? Lol!).
He told me if you’re overweight, do a full-body workout routine with limited rest in-between sets. If you’re underweight and need to gain muscle, you need to be lifting heavy, but most importantly eating a lot.
And his #1 recommended workout routine is the Layne Norton phat workout. He says it’s great for guys looking to get big and strong, the so much for women, though.
I don’t know about you, but I have no idea what I’m doing in the gym, so I’m thankful for the tips :)… now let’s hope the wallpaper is enough to motivate me to get out of my computer chair and do something productive, haha!
